Why we do it?
At A.T. Consultants & Builders, we believe in the power of hands-on learning and the importance of nurturing the next generation of skilled tradespeople. With both Tim and Alan starting their careers as apprentices, they know firsthand the value of being given the opportunity to learn a trade through on-site experience, complemented by college qualifications. Having mentored apprentices across all trades, they are passionate about creating opportunities for young people who are eager to work hard, show enthusiasm, and commit to building a successful career in the industry. This apprenticeship program is our way of giving back and investing in the future of construction.
What will an Apprentice do?
Our apprenticeship program provides apprentices with the opportunity to learn a wide range of skills across various trades, from bricklaying and carpentry to project management and site safety. Apprentices will gain hands-on experience on active construction sites, working alongside seasoned professionals while also pursuing formal qualifications. By the end of the program, they will have developed the technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and work ethic needed to thrive in the building industry.
